Under most circumstances, every effort is given to support the most up-to-date developer frameworks.
If possible, I compile all software to work on x86 platforms for Windows 98 and later (.net Framework 2.0). This helps most users from benefitting from software I develop using older end of lifecycle operating systems. Typically, however I target .net Framework 2.0 or .net Framework 4.0 x86 platforms.You may also benefit from running my software on Linux platforms using the Mono framework. (Mono is an .net 2.0 and .net 4.0 compliant framework).
